EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. In such cases, you will receive an identical replacement item. While this is extremely rare, if it does happen, please contact us at blacklavenderco24@gmail.com within 14 days, and we will be happy to assist you.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases and gift cards are also considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your order arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team via blacklavenderco24@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time.
